SPAD: autoDecline & Ratio Methods

Introduction

AFA™ SPAD offers the latest in data-driven decline analysis, and ratio methods. Using advanced Theory & Reference Manual and data-fitting, the SPAD decline module(s) can produce statistically justifiable forecasts representing P90, P50, and P10 scenarios.

Sensitivity Analysis

The AFA™ SPAD analytics are also supported by “Unsupervised Cluster Analysis“ which removes early-time data which may be erroneous due to clean-up, or under including conditions.

A variety of AFA™ SPAD decline technology options are available. For instance, our algorithms provide forecasts based on the overall production trends (Profile Forecast) or focus on the latest identifiable trend (Operational Forecast).

Ratio Methods

Similar to AFA™ SPAD Decline, the SPAD WOR functions are also supported by advanced data-science. With traditional WOR as well oil or water fraction methods, estimates of expected ultimate recovery can easily and accurately done in an automated fashion.
