Introduction
This module will also a user to perform decline for Oil Wells. The procedure and steps between SPAD: Gas Decline and SPAD: Oil Decline are identical.
AFA requires at least 1 Project and 1 Group to perform any analyses or simulation. Please refer to Create a Project and sub-topics if required.
Step 1: Select the SPAD Oil Decline
The gas decline module shown near the top of the AFA Grid.
The SPAD oil decline will only be enabled if the well has oil rates. Even if designated as a gas well or water well, the module will be enabled if the well has a small amount of oil production in the database
After selecting SPAD Oil Decline, the procedure and advice for performing an oil decline is identical to performing a SPAD: Gas Decline (refer to gas decline for procedure)
